    If you ever want to explore the coastline, just keep driving east until you see the ocean. Attractions include the Wright Brothers National Memorial, various lighthouses, and even seaside restaurants that will cook the fish you catch.

  3. Tweetsie Railroad — Blowing Rock

    A family vacation for families in North Carolina located in the town of Blowing Rock. Home to two real steam engines, an amusement park, and an excellent fudge shop.

    A local bakery located in Cary’s Downtown District. Amazing place to grab a treat and a coffee, then watch the world go by.

    A wonderful shop filled with old-fashioned trinkets and curiosities from many different eras of history; truly a great place to find treasure.
